This washed gesha lot is sourced from Edilberto Bermeo's Finca, La Chirimoya. Edilberto and his family cultivate the coveted gesha variety on his small farm, nestled in the mountains of Tabaconas in San Ignacio province, Cajamarca,
This coffee is sourced in collaboration with Aromas del Valle co-operative, of which Edilberto is a member.
This washed lot includes an extended 60 hour anaerobic fermentation before washing.
